At AutoCap Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your headwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Place the unworn caps in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the structural integrity of the hat is protected.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
